Konkrečiam objektui atlase rasti labiausiai pravers pabaigoje pateikiama pavadinimų rodyklė. Atlaso rodyklėje yra visų to atlaso žemėlapiuose pažymėtų miestų, valstybių, upių, kalnų, salų ir kitų objektų pavadinimai.
* Kad lengviau būtų rasti, visi objektai surašyti pagal abėcėlę.
* Prie objekto yra nurodomi skaičiai ir raidės, pavyzdžiui: Reikjavikas 90 p. B2.
* Pirmasis skaičius rodo atlaso puslapį. Tai reiškia, kad Reikjaviko turime ieškoti devyniasdešimtame atlaso puslapyje.
* Kaip ir dauguma žemėlapių, šis turi linijų tinklą, kuriame raidžių stulpeliai žemėlapio šonuose bei skaičių eilės viršuje ir apačioje žymi ieškomus kvadratus. B2 yra žemėlapio vieta, kur reikia ieškoti minėto miesto.
## Užduotys
1. Ta pati teritorija skirtinguose žemėlapiuose.
a) Nurodyk, kuo skiriasi gamtinis ir politinis žemėlapis.
b) Paaiškink, kas yra teminis žemėlapis.
2. Surask savo gyvenamąją vietą (miestą) ir pateik jos nuorodą linijų tinkle.
3. Atlaso rodyklėje surask šiuos objektus: Limą, Kanberą, Čikagą, Stokholmą, Keiptauną, Pekiną.
a) Nurodyk puslapį ir vietą linijų tinkle.
b) Išvardyk, kuriuose žemynuose yra šie miestai.
4. Perversk atlasą ir suskaičiuok, kiek jame yra gamtinių žemėlapių. Kokias teritorijas jie vaizduoja?
5. Raskite atlase objektus keistais pavadinimais: Hekla, Popokatepetlis, Titikaka, Uagadugu.
6. Spalva ta pati, reikšmė skirtinga. Išsiaiškink, kas vaizduojama žalia spalva skirtinguose žemėlapiuose.
